Kitchen Manager Requirements &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of F&amp;B management experience</li>
<li>Proven understanding of operational excellence</li>
<li>Required: State alcohol certification &amp; Manager ServSafe</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus</li>
<li>Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods</li>
