Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Pay Rate: 72.32/hour | Schedule: Full-Time; Standard 8/hr day (M-F)
*Onsite position with flexibility for partial remote work depending on performance and business needs

Position Purpose:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a strategic, results-driven Manager of Commodity Management & Sourcing to lead supplier relationships and sourcing strategy within the Professional Services category for a leader in the Manufacturing Industry. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee global spend across critical services including Consulting, Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, Engineering Services, and more. Your leadership will directly contribute to supply chain efficiency, value creation, and risk reduction across a dynamic, global organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership and commodity oversight for assigned Professional Services categories
• Lead and implement global sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Conduct spend and operational analysis to inform category decisions
• Negotiate and award supplier contracts within defined limits
• Identify and qualify new sources of supply
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with business needs
• Lead cross-functional meetings, project execution, and supplier negotiations
• Analyze supplier operations to assess pricing, quality, reliability, and compliance
• Develop long-term strategic plans for commodity and supplier relationships
• Drive end-to-end sourcing processes from RFQ through contract finalization
• Monitor and manage supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in global commodity or category management
• Demonstrated experience sourcing within one or more Professional Services categories (Consulting, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• 7+ years of experience in global supply chain or business management
• Procurement experience in professional services or consulting environments
• Experience leading cross-functional or global teams
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and deliver business results

Pay Details: 72.32 per hour
