Executive Electronics is one of Southwest Florida's leading custom integration companies and we are looking to add another rockstar to our team!

We are seeking an Audio Video Integration Lead for installation of audio video systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio video technology, project management, and team leadership.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Lead a team of audio video technicians in the installation and configuration of audio visual systems.
2. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
3. Stay current on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in audio video integration, including designing and implementing complex systems.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

**Preferred Skills:**
1. Knowledge of audio video software and programming languages.
2. Experience with control systems such as Elan, Control 4, Lutron or Vantage. 3. Knowledge in Ipoint Software System is a plus, but not required.
4. Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
5. Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative work environment.

This is a full time position. Pay is based on experience.
