  • Phone Sales Experience: phone sales or direct sales.(excluding retail).
  • Highly Motivated: Strong work ethic, discipline, and drive to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • No experience in the Insurance field required
