Job Details
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Engineers, and corporate staff
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs aligned with project pipeline and growth plans
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and strong early retention
- Support HR functions including employee relations, performance processes, compliance, and documentation
- Develop and refine recruiting strategies, pipelines, and employer branding efforts
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and support needs
- Coordinate with external recruiters or agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate hiring and personnel records while ensuring compliance with employment regulations
