Job Title: Distribution Associate | Reports to: Distribution Manager | Location: Homestead, FL
The Distribution Associate will assist the Distribution Manager and Distribution Lead with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient and accurate distribution processes. This role involves coordinating inventory movement between departments, ensuring proper packaging, and clear communication to maintain seamless workflow and distribution efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Distribution Manager and Lead in the day-to-day operations of the distribution department.

Accurately pack out manifests for inventory shipments.

Check in inventory from the Flowering and Derivative departments to ensure accuracy.

Communicate with the Flowering and Derivative departments regarding items received and confirm counts and conditions.

Maintain open communication with the Distribution Manager regarding load sizes, schedules, and any discrepancies.

Ensure that all distribution processes comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Ensure proper tracking sheets are filled out as manifests are finished being packed out.

Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Ability to use a computer and software systems such as excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Job Title: Inventory Specialist | Reports to: Inventory Manager | Location: 1755 Palm Bay Road NE, Palm Bay, Florida 32905
Key Responsibilities:

Organize, store and maintain inventory of cannabis products in their designated storage areas; within compliance

Organize, store and maintain inventory of non-medical products in their designated storage areas, including displays and retail merchandise sections

Fulfill in-store and delivery patient orders.

Ensure all products in the order are the correct products

Ensure all products have correct patient labels affixed
-
Ensure products are being packaged in compliant exit bags; must include product inserts and order receipts
-
Assist and perform store opening and closing procedures. Such as: morning and closing inventory, inventory reconciliation, discrepancy reporting, and accepting product transfers and deliveries

Manage and delegate daily operations while navigating operational challenges and escalations

Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, state and local laws
-
Assist management and compliance teams in any state inspections or audits

Enforce store policy and ensure staff is well trained; understanding procedures and expectations

Ensure a clean and organized dispensary for our patients

Maintain a clean and organized vault

A willingness to learn about cannabis products and be able to speak to patients about different products and strains

Flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately)

Open availability and reliability; especially during high-volume days (weekends, holidays and new product drop days).

Able to work cohesively with a team and can pivot as needed.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (sit, stand, kneel, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time.
