Position Summary:
We’re actively growing and looking for future Retention Specialists and Senior Advisors. Every team member starts as a Debt Settlement Advisor. This is the foundation of our sales process and where you’ll learn how to engage clients, qualify leads, and help businesses in need.
As a Debt Settlement Advisor, your role is to reach out to business owners, introduce them to our program, and pre-qualify them before transferring them to a Senior Advisor for a full consultation. We provide full training. No industry experience is required. Top performers in this role are earning $70K to $80K annually.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to business owners using our dialer system.
• Explain our services and how they can help resolve their debt.
• Use scripts and qualifying questions to identify eligible clients.
• Transfer qualified prospects to a Senior Advisor for a free consultation.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Track call activity and follow-ups using our CRM.

• Ability to work onsite. This is not a remote position.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Pay: $15.65 per hour
• Commission: $30 to $60 per qualified transfer
• Bonuses: Up to $400 per enrolled client
