Key Responsibilities:
- Must have a clean background (no felonies or fraud related charges)

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate health insurance plans

Educate prospective clients on policy features, benefits, and costs

Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available plans, pricing, and industry regulations

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
