Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns across phone, email, and live chat
- Help customers navigate services, forms, and documentation
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Deliver timely follow-ups and proactive communication to customers
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and positivity, even during busy periods
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or support experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Adobe PDF
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Dependable with a quiet remote work environment and reliable internet
