A Day in This Role

At 11:00 AM, you step into a bustling Costco partner location in Miami, assemble a clean, eye-catching booth, and begin welcoming shoppers. Throughout the day, you strike up friendly conversations, uncover needs around privacy, light control, and style, and turn interest into action by booking 4–5 in-home design consultations right on your iPad. You keep the display tidy, capture accurate lead details, and coordinate appointment times that work for each customer before wrapping by 6:00 PM.

What You’ll Own

• Be the welcoming face of Best Buy Window Treatment inside Costco partner locations across Miami.
• Create, maintain, and refresh vendor/booth displays so they’re inviting from open to close.
• Educate shoppers on products, services, and our in-home design experience.
• Qualify interest and reliably schedule 4–5 in-home appointments per day.
• Capture customer information and book appointments using an iPad.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Background in trade shows, events, or sponsorship/tabling preferred.
• Comfort using tablets/iPads (training provided).
• Schedule: 11 AM – 6 PM, five days per week (must include one weekend day; both preferred).
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17/hour + $10 bonus per completed appointment + performance bonuses.
