Dean's Professional Services is now hiring a qualified, Utility Worker - Senior to work for a Hospital Facility in Jupiter, FL.

The Senior Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining clean and safe kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. This role serves as the lead in utility operations, providing guidance and direction to junior staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency are maintained.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, floors, and work areas.
- Ensure proper use and care of dishwashing and sanitation equipment.
- Safely handle chemicals and follow all food safety and infection control guidelines.
- Provide direction and support to lower-level utility staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with organizing cleaning schedules and monitoring supply levels.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of prior utility, dishwashing, or kitchen sanitation experience preferred.
- Leadership ability and experience guiding or training other staff.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety standards (HACCP preferred).
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
Job Details:
- 8 hour shifts.
- Must be flexible.
- $18.96/hr + benefits
