We are seeking Sales Manager Account Manager to join our team!
We are a cloud based access control company that is specialized in Gated Communities. For manned and Unmanned Gates.
Territories are:
- Collier
- Lee
- Tampa
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Sell Gate access systems including Visitor Screening, Kiosks, RFId, Remote guard, Speed enforcement, Phone access
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Help creating sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service
- Knowledge of Google docs
- Familiarity with Gated Communities, Security, Property Management, Access Control
- Knowledge of Self Screening Kiosks, remote guards systems
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
