Heidrick & Co. Insurance is a locally owned, independent P&C agency with offices in Sanibel and Fort Myers. Although this position is open due to a staff change, our agency of 18 dedicated professionals is growing. Advancement opportunities are available for candidates seeking a long-term career.
We are seeking a full-time, local employee who will split time between our Sanibel and Fort Myers offices. Upon successful completion of the training program, an option to work from home on scheduled days may be available.

Requirements
In addition to the practical skills and experience listed below, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with a team like-minded employees. The team is professional, works hard...while having a lot of fun.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a busy, retail agency.
- Florida 2-20 General Lines agent license required. A 20-44 license will be considered, with a commitment to obtaining a 2-20.
- Experience with Vertafore AMS360 ideal, but experience with any agency management or CRM system considered.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel.
