About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary operations at our new luxury residential community opening in Bal Harbour Tower. This leadership role is ideal for a chef with a strong background in premium residential, hotel, or country club environments who thrives in delivering consistent, high-quality culinary experiences and managing a BOH team with excellence.

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in luxury residential, hotel, country club, or similar upscale environments
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and developing BOH staff
  • Strong operational knowledge in menu execution, recipe adherence, and kitchen organization
  • Expertise in food cost control, inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction
  • Full understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards, with proactive compliance management
  • Professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with FOH teams, property management, and residents
  • Impeccable grooming, punctuality, and commitment to representing a luxury hospitality brand


Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily culinary operations, ensuring recipe standards, food quality, and timely service
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance of all BOH team members
  • Maintain food cost within budget targets through disciplined ordering, waste tracking, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver seamless and personalized dining experiences for residents
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards, conducting daily checks and team coaching
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, property management, and Toscana Divino Lifestyle leadership
  • Report directly to the District Manager and VP of Culinary Excellence, supporting menu rollouts, SOP adherence, and operational readiness for opening
