We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida in the Blue Lagoon area to join our team in food distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain and distribution processes to ensure seamless logistics operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of global logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate logistics activities across various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage global logistics operations, including international shipping and distribution.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to logistics and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all logistics operations.
• Utilize SAP and other tools to streamline logistics workflows and data management.
• Develop and implement strategies to address logistical challenges and improve overall performance.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to support decision-making within the supply chain team.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes, including international operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant logistics management tools. SAP EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
• Experience with perishable products is nice to have
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
