Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 /hr. DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 1+ Years Call Center Experience
Summary: We are hiring an engaging and solutions-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to our client's customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and/or chat messages promptly and courteously.

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.

Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests accurately.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Uphold a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude at all times.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven customer service or call center experience (1+ year preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong active listening and de-escalation skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
