Now we’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to keep our operations running smoothly and our customers delighted.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll:
- Lead and mentor a team of drivers, clerks, and warehouse staff.
- Oversee all shipping and receiving activities — from pulling orders to packaging custom parts for domestic and international delivery.
- Partner with production and quality teams to ensure finished goods are verified and meet our high standards before they ship.
- Read blueprints and part numbers to guarantee accuracy in every order.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies.
- Solve freight and scheduling challenges with creativity and urgency.
- Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient — while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:
What You Bring
- 5+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and packaging of custom metal parts.
- Strong computer skills (ERP/MRP experience preferred).
- Forklift certification.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple shipments without missing a beat.
- A problem-solving mindset and a steady hand under pressure.
