We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver Helpers to join our team. As a Drivers Helper, you will assist the driver in delivering goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

```Responsibilities:```- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation- Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by the driver- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner- Help navigate to different locations using GPS or maps- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fuel levels- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

```Skills:```- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time- Familiarity with commercial vehicles and their operation- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting minor issues- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Experience driving larger vehicles such as buses or forklifts is a plus- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
