Job DescriptionInventory/Invoicing/Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH Recruitment solutions is hiring for an Inventory/Invoicing specialist in the Miramar, FL area. This person will be responsible for processing invoices via the 3-way match system ensuring all cost data elements from the purchase orders are allocated correctly. This is a great company to work for and is working fully in office.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting and Finance principles a plus
• Knowledge and experience with SAP a plus
• Experience with Inventory a plus
• Must have knowledge of computer systems, specifically the use of desktop software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• At least 1-year experience in general accounting strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing all of the following types of trade invoices:
• Normal Supplier Invoices, Normal Freight Invoices, Normal Customs Invoices, All Coded Invoices (G/L Accounts), Simple Exception & banking entries
• Focuses on providing excellent customer service in all dealings with internal and external customers
This position is a contracted role that will pay $22/hr-$24/hr depending on resume and experience. Please apply today!
