We are seeking a full time, seasoned travel professional with deep cruise expertise and a
passion for leisure travel to work with existing agency clients, assist with agency operations,
manage client relationships, and drive continued growth through outstanding service and
supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist current agency clients with booking cruise, land and FIT vacation packages
• Handle complex cruise and leisure vacation bookings using supplier booking engines such
as Cruising Power, Polar Online, and VAX Vacation Access
• Design customized itineraries, group packages, and promotional offerings across cruise
and land travel experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized,
concierge-level service.
• Assist ownership overseeing daily agency operations, including client communications,
payment processing, and vendor coordination.
• Perform office administration duties such as document management, reporting, and client
record maintenance.
• Track and analyze booking performance; prepare reports using Microsoft Word and
Excel.
• Stay current on travel industry trends, new cruise ships, destinations, and supplier
promotions.
Qualifications
• 5–10 years of professional travel agency experience, with a strong background in both
cruises and leisure travel.
• Advanced working knowledge of Cruising Power, Polar Online, and VAX Vacation Access
booking engines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills with sharp attention to
detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Customer-first mindset and demonstrated success in serving affluent or high-net-worth
clientele.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of agency operations.
• Based in or able to commute to Wellington, FL daily.
