Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Process daily accounting transactions including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Post vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions accurately
- Reconcile schedules and maintain accounting records
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Verify and post invoices, credit memos, and payments
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in automotive accounting or dealership environment preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field a plus
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
