Job Description

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Process daily accounting transactions including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
  • Post vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions accurately
  • Reconcile schedules and maintain accounting records
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Verify and post invoices, credit memos, and payments
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in automotive accounting or dealership environment preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field a plus



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
