We’re looking for an energetic Canvassing Leader to supervise our neighborhood canvassing team!
Your job: recruit, train, and manage canvassers who schedule free in-home estimates for windows and doors — no selling required.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and train canvassers
• Motivate and manage your team in the field
• Build positive connections with homeowners
• Lead by example — walk neighborhoods, coach on scripts, and help your team hit goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing or training canvassers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking with people
• Available to work 5–6 days per week in the field
