Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Fort Myers, FL is looking for a concessions stand associate to join our 60 person strong team. We are located on 14181 South Tamiami Trail. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment
• Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers in a very fast-paced environment
• Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit, and credit cards
• Replenish foods at serving stations
• Prepare food such as popcorn, hot dogs, and fountain sodas, using standard formulas or following directions.
• Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines; and accept payment and make change.
• Clean dishes, fountain equipment, counters, tables, and other equipment.
• Stock and restock items as necessary
• Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Prior concessions and bar experience preferred including POS systems and purchasing
• Must utilize excellent guest service skills to enhance the museum experience and meet the needs of museum guests with a positive attitude
• Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated
• Must be able to communicate clearly and congenially with patrons about museum services, products, and programs
• Possesses excellent cash handling skills and knowledge of daily sales reporting
• Adherence to a uniform policy and grooming standards -must present a neat, professional appearance
• Qualified candidate will be a mature, responsible, dependable individual who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
• Must satisfactorily fulfill all departmental training requirements
• Must obtain food handler’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events
