Top Class Custodial Solutions is a growing local cleaning and property services company serving homeowners, Airbnb hosts, realtors, and property managers. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who wants strong earning potential, clear direction, and the ability to grow with the company.
This role is for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys talking to people. You will be given training, leads, and simple systems so you can focus on converting conversations into clients.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with warm and cold leads
Reach out to homeowners, Airbnb hosts, and property professionals
Visit local businesses and properties when needed
Drop off care packages and introduce our services professionally
Book estimates and cleaning appointments
Update notes and results in the CRM
Follow a clear daily outreach plan
Communicate progress consistently
Pay and Commission
Hourly pay between 18 and 20 dollars depending on experience
Commission structure designed to strongly reward performance
First month
At least 100 dollars per closed sale
Months two through four
At least 75 dollars per closed sale
