Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales & Business Development professional to help grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the luxury yacht, residential, or commercial design industries and a proven track record in high-ticket sales.
Responsibilities:

Identify and secure high-value projects through networking and referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with yacht brokers, designers, and high-end clientele.

Develop strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities.

Present proposals and close deals with a consultative approach.

Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of sold projects.
Qualifications:

Experience in high-end sales, preferably in yacht, luxury residential, or commercial industries.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Understanding of custom woodworking and luxury interiors is a plus.

Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission, with significant earning potential.
