Job DescriptionBeach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Palm Beach County that offers a full continuUm of care to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection.
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator, with excellent communication skills, to add to our team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing front desk
- Handling and coordinating intake/scanning of mail
- Purchasing for facility
- Acting as an assistant to the VP of HR, IT & Facilities
Qualifications Include:
- Must be highly professional with clients, visitors and staff at all time.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required including Outlook, Excel & Word
Salary: $45,000.00 per annum

Schedule:
- 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Must have reliable transportation
Experience:
- Strong administrative experience required. Minimum 2 years.
