We are a logistics company with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to providing efficient and personalized service. We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant with experience in accounts payable and office support to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, emails, and maintaining records.
  • Open and close client files, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Process accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with data entry, scanning, and organizing company files.
  • Support management with day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role (accounts payable experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
