Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, emails, and maintaining records.
- Open and close client files, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
- Process accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with data entry, scanning, and organizing company files.
- Support management with day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role (accounts payable experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
