Location: Boca Raton, FL
I am partnered with a leading luxury brand in Boca Raton seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join their onsite team. This is a unique opportunity to represent a premium, nationally recognized company providing personalized hair health solutions through a concierge-style experience.

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in engaging prospects across phone, chat, SMS, and digital platforms. Your primary goal is to build trust, understand needs, and convert warm leads into scheduled, in-person Hair Health Consultations with Certified Hair Loss Specialists.
You will be responsible for delivering luxury-level service at every touchpoint while maintaining accurate documentation and driving strong appointment show rates.
What You’ll Do
Prospect Engagement & Appointment Conversion
Engage inbound and outbound prospects via phone, chat, and digital channels (RingCentral + Salesforce).
Lead warm, empathetic, and confident conversations to identify needs and schedule in-person consultations.
Clearly articulate the value of meeting with a Certified Hair Loss Specialist.
Relationship Building & Handoffs
Partner closely with Hair Loss Specialists across assigned regions for a seamless, “luxury” handoff.
Confirm appointments, follow up proactively, and maintain prospect excitement.
Re-engage paused or abandoned leads with empathy and motivation.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
Track and follow up with all leads from online scheduling, phone calls, and interest forms.
Ensure no opportunity is missed—maintain steady outreach until appointments are completed.
CRM & Operational Excellence
Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in Salesforce.
Uphold brand standards and participate in ongoing training to master tone, communication, and conversion techniques.
Additional Responsibilities
Deliver a polished, luxury-level client experience with every interaction.
Develop expertise in the company’s premium services and personalized treatment options.
Manage multiple communication channels with speed and professionalism.
Execute outbound campaigns to recover abandoned bookings and increase show rates.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Meet or exceed appointment conversion goals (minimum 50 in-person shows every two weeks).
Provide feedback to enhance overall client engagement processes.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience in luxury brands, consultative sales, call centers, or high-end hospitality.
Proven success in high-touch client engagement.
Experience with Salesforce and RingCentral preferred.
Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and follow-through.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
Coachable, motivated, and performance-driven.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
