About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations across all Fetch hospital locations. You’ll work closely with our finance and operations teams to help maintain the financial health of our organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Review, code, and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and the finance team to improve A/P workflows and consistency across locations
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting software (Paychex, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel and general ledger systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and commitment to Fetch’s mission and values
