Executive Assistant to CEO (Fully Remote--must operate on East Coast Hours)
How your time will be spent:

Own end-to-end calendar management, complex travel booking, and email inbox oversight for the CEO. (75% of time)

Manage and coordinate internal administrative processes such as expense reporting, invoice approvals, and job requisition workflows. (5% of time)

Assist in preparation for high-impact meetings including internal town halls and working with corporate development to help build slides for external investor presentations. (10% of time)

Assist Executive Leadership with special projects, meeting prep, and ad hoc scheduling needs. (10% of time)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time support with dynamic travel logistics—adapting quickly to flight changes or delays to optimize CEO schedule with efficiency and minimal disruption.

Act as a trusted gatekeeper and time amplifier for the CEO—helping prioritize what matters most.

Serve as a reliable point of contact with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, trustworthiness, and integrity—adhering strictly to a confidentiality centric approach.

Collaborate fluidly across Company team members, executives, board members, and investors across 14 different time zones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting a high-performing executive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with email support for an executive is preferred.
