About the Role
The Closing Agent is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our presence in Osceola and Polk Counties and nearby Central Florida markets. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with real estate professionals, identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional service for our agent partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a field-based environment, understands the real estate and title industry, and excels at delivering solutions that support agent success.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with agents and referral partners in Osceola and Polk Counties.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective agents through outreach, networking, referrals, and local industry involvement.
- Secure new business and support existing clients to grow market share within the territory.
- Develop and execute a strategic call plan, including appointment scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain strong visibility in the market by attending association events, networking groups, and community activities.
- Deliver tailored presentations to individuals, teams, and larger groups as needed.
- Assess client needs and provide customized solutions to help drive their business goals.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership and legal counsel to ensure proper agent management and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in title insurance, real estate, lending, or a related industry (required).
- Proven success in business development, sales, or agent relationship management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain multiple high-value relationships.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a multi-county territory.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
