This is an opportunity to join Palm Beach counties largest locally owned development, construction, and management firm and be part of this incredible family. This firm has over 40 years of developing and managing successful projects and is now developing one of the most iconic projects in Palm Beach and are looking to hire an Owners Representative/ Project Manager to be an added member on this luxury branded resort style $500M high-end project.
NOTE: We are looking for that Project Manager from the GC side of the industry that wants to make the switch to the owner/ developer side of the industry.
Requirements:
4-year degree in Construction or related field
5-10 years' experience working for a name brand general contractor building high-end finish projects
Great communicator and leader
Must be a true team player
