What Makes This Role Special
We're seeking a Front Office Clerk to join our Front Office Team and serve as a key point of contact for our clients and dealers. In this role, you'll support all front office operations and reception duties, delivering excellent customer service by answering questions, facilitating communication between departments, managing phone calls, and responding to inquiries via mail and email. Your Day-to-Day Adventures
- Provide excellent front-line customer experience.
- Greet walk-in customers ensuring they receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attention
- Process information in a professional and confidential manner.
- Complete documentation and data entry.
- Facilitate completion of auction process.
- Effectively communicate with clients, answering questions and resolving issues, escalating as necessary.
- Follow departmental procedures and policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and orderly work environment
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)
- High school diploma or GED
- Some administrative or office experience under your belt, preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass our background check and drug screening
- Experience isn't everything—we're happy to train someone who brings the right attitude and eagerness to learn
- Professional communication skills and a friendly demeanor

The Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Wednesday auction day support (weekends are yours!)
- Location: Our Lauderdale Lakes, location (33311) - you'll need to be able to get here
- Environment: Professional front office in a busy auction facility
