Job Description

Title: Product Manager / Product Owner

Location: Miami, FL – Fully Onsite (Relocation Support Available)

Reports to: Chief Product Officer

About the Company:

Fresh off a Series A funding round, this high-growth technology company is building a platform that empowers digital entrepreneurs to launch, scale, and monetize their businesses online. With strong market traction and a growing customer base, the company is investing heavily in product, engineering, and go-to-market initiatives to fuel its next phase of scale.

The Role:

This is an opportunity to join early as one of the first Product Managers on a high-impact team. You’ll work directly with the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, shape strategy, and drive hands-on execution. This hybrid Product Manager / Product Owner role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and UX.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain product vision and roadmap
  • Own and manage the product backlog; write and prioritize user stories
  • Conduct market and user research to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring features to life
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user flows
  • Oversee testing and QA to ensure quality releases
  • Analyze product performance using data and user feedback
  • Contribute across the entire product lifecycle in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management or product ownership
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Background in SaaS, digital commerce, membership/subscription platforms, or creator tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
  • Passion for great UX and simplifying complex workflows
  • Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma

Preferred Experience Includes:

  • Working on platforms with large, active user bases and complex scalability needs (e.g., social, content, or consumer engagement platforms)
  • Experience building tools for independent creators, online sellers, or digital educators
  • Familiarity with product ecosystems that support monetization, community-building, or self-service onboarding for digital businesses

Additional Info:

  • This role is 100% onsite in Miami, FL — relocation support available
  • Competitive compensation and equity package
  • Full benefits including health, dental, vision, and wellness perks
