We combine paid training, warm & hot lead flow, and hands-on coaching to ramp performance quickly. With our Training Facility in Miami Lakes, main office in Doral, and new satellite in Hollywood (with Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach expansions), plus active growth in the Kansas City Metro, you’ll be set up for success and advancement. Role Summary: Manage a Broward–Palm Beach SMB book. Convert warm appointments, keep CRM/forecasts tight, and drive adoption/upsell. What You Get

Your Role

  • Discovery → demo → proposal → close; clean CRM

  • Coordinate installs; share wins/blocks for territory plan

  • Expansion & referral momentum

What We’re Looking For

  • B2B experience preferred; tech/telecom a plus

  • Negotiation, relationship-building, territory discipline

  • Driver’s license/car; U.S. work authorization

Compensation
This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity with a paid training bonus and multiple bonus structures. Typical OTE ranges by track: Residential/D2D: $40,000–$60,000+; B2B/Account Management: $62,000–$90,000+. Actual earnings vary by individual performance and territory.
