The FP&A Operations Analyst role exists to connect financial planning with operational execution by delivering deep, actionable analytics that improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making across pest and pool operations. This role partners closely with the CFO, Finance, Operations, Sales, and branch leadership to translate complex operational data into insights that drive measurable performance improvements and scalable growth.
Key Contributions
- Lead operational and financial analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across pest and pool service lines.
- Conduct variance analysis between forecasts, budgets, and actual operational performance to improve accountability and forecasting accuracy.
- Build, maintain, and enhance real-time dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership with clear visibility into performance, cost management, labor efficiency, and branch-level results.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and branch leaders to align financial plans with operational strategies and execution realities.
- Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition trends to support revenue growth initiatives.
- Monitor cost drivers, labor utilization, and technician productivity; support the CFO in implementing cost-saving initiatives and optimizing workforce allocation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial, operational, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Proactively generate insights and recommendations that directly inform operational initiatives, improve customer experience, and increase profitability.

- Deliver timely, accurate, and decision-ready dashboards and reports aligned to established weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
- Maintain = 98% accuracy in financial and operational reporting and data integrity.
- Identify and support initiatives that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost control, labor utilization, or profitability.
- Improve forecast accuracy through effective variance analysis and operational insight.
- Demonstrate strong partnership satisfaction from the CFO, executive team, and operational leaders.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, operational analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with hands-on experience working with KPIs and operational data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP or CRM systems.
- Exposure to service-based, multi-branch, or field-driven environments (home services, pest, pool, or similar).
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced analytical training.
