Job Title: Business Development Manager - Healthcare TPA

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify New Business Opportunities:
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and increase market share.
  2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate and close business deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  3. Collaboration and Team Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
    • Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and results.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
