Job DescriptionAdmin Clerk/Receptionist- Coral Springs, FL 1st Shift - 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate $18.00 to $20.00- Depending on ExperienceJob Summary:The Administrative Clerk serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers at client plant offices. This role is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting guests, and providing support to office staff as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Generate memos, emails, and reports as required.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
