What You’ll Do

As Senior Manager of Operations & Growth, you’ll serve as the run-point leader for our emerging eyewear brand—owning performance, people, and execution.

A day in the life includes:

  • Leading the overall performance and growth of this premium eyewear brand
  • Driving sales results through strategic planning, KPIs, and forecasting
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing teams into strong brand ambassadors
  • Ensuring brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience are executed consistently
  • Staying current on eyewear trends, fashion, and product innovation
  • Partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
  • Identifying efficiencies, improving processes, and scaling operations responsibly
