Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivables & Billing Specialist to join a dynamic dealership team in Delray Beach. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong billing and collections experience in the automotive industry and proficiency in CDK software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
- Generate and send accurate billing statements to customers and vendors.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and support month-end closing activities.
- Use CDK software to process transactions and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and billing, preferably in a dealership or automotive setting.
- Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
