We’re bringing The Coffee.jp, a globally recognized specialty coffee brand from Brazil, to the United States for the first time.
With 350+ stores in 28 countries, The Coffee is known for its minimalist design, premium quality, and digital-first experience that blends technology, creativity, and coffee culture.
Our first U.S. store — in Wynwood, Miami — will be the flagship location and creative hub for our national expansion.
More than a café, it will be a space for community and creativity, featuring curated events, music, and collaborations with local artists and brands.
We’re looking for experienced Baristas who share our passion for specialty coffee, design, and hospitality — and who want to grow with us as we expand across the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, matcha, and signature beverages.
- Perform latte art with precision and consistency that reflects our brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional service with warmth, speed, and attention to detail.
- Assist in light food preparation — including baking pastries in the morning, assembling bowls, and preparing simple sandwiches.
- Maintain product quality and presentation across both drinks and food.
- Support inventory and stock management, including receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Help keep the café spotless and organized, including cleaning the bar, kitchen, and seating areas when needed.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, efficient service during all shifts.
- Contribute to events and activations hosted at the café.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee or high-volume café (candidates without experience won’t be considered).
- Skilled in latte art and milk texturing techniques.
- Comfortable with basic food prep and kitchen operations.
- Passionate about coffee, design, and delivering great customer experiences.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive — you take initiative to solve problems before they happen.
- Team-oriented, punctual, and detail-driven.
