- Create technical and customer-facing content that highlights performance, innovation, and sustainability.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across CRM, web, email, paid media, and social platforms.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and advocacy forums.
- Gather customer insights to guide continuous improvement and product-market fit.
- Track KPIs including market share, campaign ROI, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

- 6–8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience in construction, building materials, or chemicals.
- Strong understanding of concrete admixtures and commercial/infrastructure supply chains.
- Proven success in campaign development, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Skilled in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate technical data into compelling messaging.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer, industry, and internal engagements.
