We are seeking a highly analytical, self-starting professional to join our Miami-based team in a newly created Sr. Finance Manager role that blends special projects with strategic FP&A. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Spa Business CEO while also supporting CFO, COO, Sales leaders and the broader finance team. This individual will be at the center of mission-critical initiatives, helping to drive clarity, insight and strategic decision making across a complex global organization.
Individual MUST reside in Miami, Florida and be willing to come in office (near Design District)
Responsibilities of Sr. Finance Manager (FP&A)
- Lead high-impact special projects that support strategic decision-making for the CEO and executive leadership
- Build comprehensive, value-added analyses across commercial, operational, and financial domains
- Navigate and synthesize data from multiple CRM and ERP systems to create actionable insights
- Partner with IT, Finance, and other departments to gather data and validate assumptions
- Develop compelling presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Support ad hoc requests from the CEO, CFO, and equity sponsor with urgency and precision
- Collaborate with FP&A team to ensure alignment with broader financial planning efforts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data harmonization
- Other special projects/duties as assigned by CEO
Compensation: $140,000+ depending on experience, plus eligibility for bonus
Requirements
Required Skills for Sr. Finance Manager (FP&A):
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year College or University in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy, consulting, or special projects roles
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to build models and synthesize complex data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to tell a story with data
- Highly persuasive and collaborative—able to influence without authority
- Resourceful and scrappy—comfortable working without a large budget or perfect data
- Experience working in consumer-facing, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
- Familiarity with multiple ERP/CRM systems and data integration challenges
