Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Housekeeper to join clients team. This role focuses on maintaining private residences and some commercial properties to a high standard of cleanliness and care. The ideal candidate has prior residential cleaning experience, speaks both English and Spanish, and is dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing as needed
Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients’ homes
Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients as needed

Requirements

Prior residential housekeeping or cleaning experience required
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
Professional appearance and positive attitude
