Director of Product Management & Strategy
Location: Flexible (Remote or Hybrid South Florida preferred)
Compensation: $150,000 $180,000+ base salary, plus bonus and benefits

What Youll Do
Product Strategy & Leadership
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap, aligning with customer, compliance, and market needs.
- Manage the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to launch to iteration.
- Lead and expand our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure customer-driven innovation.
- Drive product differentiation in workforce compliance, timekeeping, and payroll accuracy.
- Define positioning, messaging, and pricing strategy that highlight our compliance-first edge.
- Partner with sales and marketing to deliver demos, campaigns, case studies, and GTM strategies.
- Work hands-on with engineering and services teams to prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
Go-to-Market & Partnerships
- Build, manage, and scale reseller, integration, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify new opportunities with ERP, MES, and payroll integrations.
- Develop joint campaigns and enablement initiatives with partners to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to maximize partner-driven revenue.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of program lead/leadership experience in product management or product strategy.
- Proven record of executing product roadmaps that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong B2B timekeeping software experience with partnership development and GTM execution.
- Expertise in the Aerospace & Defense industry, including DCAA compliance and federal labor accounting (a big differentiator).
- Polished communicator and presenter: Able to influence executives, customers, and partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in small, fast-paced companies where you wear many hats.
- U.S. work authorization required.
