Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: 100% Onsite – Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reconciliations and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations

Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Prepare and process journal entries

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed
Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a focus on reconciliations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
