Hideaways Tavern & Grille is seeking experienced, high-energy Servers and Bartenders to join our team immediately. We are a fast-paced, full-service restaurant and bar with a loyal customer base—and we are looking for professionals who know how to elevate the guest experience every shift.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent personality and communication skills—hospitality is our business
- Strong focus on guest engagement, retention, and upselling
- Reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately
