RTD Talent Solutions is representing a premier Real Estate and Construction company that currently seeking an Accountant or Bookkeeper. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent role. Based out of South Miami, FL.
Our client has a portfolio of over $3 billion+, 15,000+ residential units, and 1.5+ million square feet of office/mixed use and commercial space.

As Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the daily operational accounting: entering bills, invoices, purchase orders, AR/AP, GL maintenance, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
Must have mastery of QuickBooks. Experience with Bill AI tools (bill.com) is a huge plus!
- Manage daily accounting operations, including entering bills, invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate AR/AP records.
- Oversee general ledger updates, account reconciliations, and ensure timely posting of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting workflows; leverage bill.com or similar AI-driven tools for process efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, support audits, and maintain organized financial documentation.
