Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all financial information is properly recorded.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize QuickBooks to organize and maintain financial data.
• Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline bookkeeping processes.• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with account and bank reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Knowledge of month-end close procedures is preferred.
