KOKO and Bakan in the heart of Wynwood are looking for energetic, professional Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in providing exceptional service.
What Youll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and answer guest questions
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set throughout service
- Collaborate with bartenders, runners, kitchen staff, and management
- Follow all company policies, service standards, and safety guidelines
What Were Looking For:
- Previous server experience preferred (restaurant or hospitality background)
- Availability to work lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and reliability
